President / Co-Founder
Mr. Holt is a co-founder and President of SGI. Mr. Holt provides direct oversight to our Special Operations and Tactical Training Division. He is a police supervisor with a local law enforcement agency and has over 22 years of police experience.
Don Ayala

Don Ayala is the Director of Operations at Solutions Group International, where he leads the Cargo Freight Security Escort Program. Since 2006, Don has contributed to the company’s diverse operations as a subject matter expert in dignitary protection and high-value cargo security.

Jennifer Lehman is the President of our Training and Tactical Fitness Division. Mrs. Lehman is retired from a municipal law enforcement agency in California, having worked a variety of patrol and specialized assignments during her career.
