With nearly three decades of distinguished military service, Mr. Alam serves as the Director of Strategy and Military Affairs, translating complex security expertise into optimized business performance and strategic advisement. He also spearheads critical initiatives to recruit, train, and successfully employ transitioning service members from all branches of the Department of War.
Committed to developing tomorrow's security leaders, Mr. Alam designed and developed the company’s internship program, curating top-tier talent and cultivating a robust talent pipeline for the security industry. A retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major with over 29 years of experience providing security for noncombatants in complex global conflict environments, Mr. Alam’s strategic vision and military experience are essential to our company’s success.
