Pauvin Swamy - VP Strategic Initiatives and Technology
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and former M1A1 Main Battle Tank operator, Pauvin brings a foundation built on precision, discipline, and mission-critical execution. Having served in armored units conducting simulated threat assessments, route reconnaissance, and coordinated training operations, he developed the technical aptitude and tactical mindset that now defines his approach to security and technology.
Since joining the organization as our VP of Strategic Initiatives and Technology, Pauvin has been a driving force in shaping its operational infrastructure. From day one, he played a pivotal role in forming and building the Strategic Operations Center, establishing SOPs, implementing streamlined processes, and standing up full operational capabilities without a single pause in service delivery.
As VP of Strategic Initiatives & Technology, Pauvin leads the organization's efforts to modernize and scale through cutting-edge technological integration. His focus spans AI-driven solutions, custom software development, and intelligent process automation, all designed to enhance the efficiency, oversight, and scalability of the company's security operations.
Drawing on his background in complex systems, emerging technology, and high-stakes environments, Pauvin approaches every initiative with the rigor and precision instilled through Marine Corps service — leveraging technology not just as a tool, but as a strategic advantage in an evolving security landscape.
Outside of work, Pauvin spends much of his time at the beach — where the outdoors serves as his reset — and keeps his mind occupied exploring philosophy, always finding new perspectives to sit with.
