She leads all aspects of the end-to-end talent lifecycle, steering the marketing and strategy for candidate acquisition, rigorous selection, and seamless onboarding to ensure every new hire is positioned for long-term success.
Dedicated to cultivating future talent, Mrs. Alam streamlines the company’s recruiting and onboarding program, mentoring individuals and building a high-caliber pipeline into the security sector. A retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major with nearly 30 years of experience, specializing in providing security cooperation with partner nations, leadership and talent development, Mrs. Alam’s expert ability to analyze and develop real-time solutions to achieve personnel and business goals is critical to achieving our company’s strategic vision.
