The SGI Workplace for Warriors program assists military service personnel with the transition back into the civilian security workforce. Our program offers a complete package of employment assistance services, including job training, networking and job placement. The SGI W4W program focuses on providing military service personnel with all of the training needed to increase their marketability within the security industry. A key vehicle for this transition is the DOW SkillBridge Program that SGI is proud to be a part of.

SGI's DOW SkillBridge Internship Program is a unique opportunity for service members to gain real-world civilian work experience during their final 180 days of service.
