Tom Holland is a strategic operations leader and intelligence chief with over 16 years of service, including a distinguished career as an Infantry Marine. He currently serves as the Strategic Operations Center (SOC) Manager at Solutions Group International (SGI), overseeing national freight security operations, intelligence-led logistics, and risk mitigation. A former Chief Security Manager to the U.S. Ambassador in Iraq, Tom brings extensive experience in protective operations, recruiting, and SOC leadership. He is also the architect behind SGI’s Cargo Theft Intelligence System (CTIS), driving innovation in real-time tracking and secure freight movement.

Under his leadership, SGI has expanded operational capabilities across multiple states, implementing data-driven strategies to identify high-risk corridors and optimize escort deployments. Tom’s expertise in operational planning and intelligence analysis ensures that security teams are prepared to respond proactively to emerging threats, enhancing the safety of high-value cargo nationwide. He has successfully integrated advanced technology solutions with field operations, streamlining communication and decision-making across the organization.
