Executive Team Bios
Michael J. Duffy – Founder / Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Duffy is the founder and former Chief Operations Officer at Solutions Group International (SGI). As our new CEO, Mr. Duffy is responsible for both corporate strategy and operational performance. Based on his vision, SGI has emerged as a leading provider of civilian firearms training, as well specialized security services and tactical training for law enforcement, military and corporate sectors worldwide. Under Mr. Duffy's leadership, SGI has been recognized throughout the industry for its high standards and dedication to customer satisfaction.
George H. Holt – President
Mr. Holt is a co-founder and President of SGI. Mr. Holt provides direct oversight to our Special Operations and Tactical Training Division. He is a police supervisor with a local law enforcement agency and has over 22 years of police experience.
Jennifer L. Lehman – President Training and Tactical Fitness Division
Ms. Lehman is a co-founder of SGI and President of our Training and Tactical Fitness Division. Ms. Lehman is retired from a municipal law enforcement agency in California having worked a variety of patrol and specialized assignments during her career.
Darryl Smith – Senior Advisor
Mr. Smith has extensive situational leadership experience gained from his military service. Mr. Smith was a logistics officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he achieved the rank of Captain. He served in both Desert Shield and Desert Storm and was awarded two Navy Commendation Medals for outstanding achievement and service.
Brian Jacklin - Vice President Global Security and Client Development
As our Vice President of Global Security and Client Development, Mr. Jacklin has primary responsibility for all business development activities representing Solutions Group International's multinational employer segment in an assigned region. Solutions Group International (SGI) is focused on market leading security services, solutions, and security products for our clients, as well as the security teams assigned to them.
Dadi Hanoch – Senior Vice President – Global Operations
Dadi (David) Hanoch joins Solutions Group International (SGI) as our Senior Vice President of Global Operations, overseeing our domestic and International security projects. Dadi is a Homeland Security expert with over 20 years of experience providing Dignitary Protection, Diplomatic Security, and Aviation Security for the Office of the Israeli Prime Minister.
George Vanecek - Vice President – Special Investigations Division
As SGI’s VP of Investigations, Mr. Vanecek brings to the table over 30 years of investigative experience with one of the largest law enforcement agencies in Southern California. As an investigator, supervisor, and manager, he has developed a national reputation for investigative prowess amongst his peers.
Captain Joseph Calderon – Vice President– Workplace4Warriors
As the Vice President of SGI's Workplace4Warriors – W4W™ Program, Mr. Calderon is involved with the recruitment and training of returning military service personnel needing assistance with integration into the civilian workforce; specifically into the field of security. As a military veteran with a strong background in security applications and leadership, Mr. Calderon is an extremely valuable asset to this program.
