Executive Team Bios
Jennifer L. Lehman – Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Lehman is a co-founder and CEO of Solutions Group International. Ms. Lehman is retired from a municipal law enforcement agency in California having worked a variety of patrol and specialized assignments during her career.
George H. Holt – President
Mr. Holt is a co-founder and President of SGI. Mr. Holt provides direct oversight to our Special Operations and Tactical Training Division. He is a police supervisor with a local law enforcement agency and has over 22 years of police experience.
Michael J. Duffy – Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Duffy is the founder and Chief Operations Officer of Solutions Group International (SGI). As the COO, Mr. Duffy is responsible for both corporate strategy and operational performance. Based on his vision, SGI has emerged as a leading provider of specialized security services and tactical training for the law enforcement, military and corporate sectors worldwide.
Darryl Smith – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Smith has extensive situational leadership experience gained from his military service. Mr. Smith was a logistics officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he achieved the rank of Captain. He served in both Desert Shield and Desert Storm and was awarded two Navy Commendation Medals for outstanding achievement and service.
Craig Sawyer – Senior Vice President – Security Services Division
Mr. Craig "Sawman" Sawyer is our Senior Vice President of Security Services and provides direct oversight to SGI’s domestic and international security operations. Mr. Sawyer got his tactical start in the U.S. Marine Corps. He quickly transitioned to the U.S. Navy to pursue high-level Special Operations as a U.S. Navy SEAL and later with the elite Tier-1 Special Operations unit, DEVGRU.
Carmen Garcia – Vice President – Government Contracting and Compliance
Ms. Garcia brings over 20+ years of government contracting and program management experience to Solutions Group International (SGI). As our Vice President of Government Contracting and Compliance, Ms. Garcia provides management and coordination of government program assignments, develops plans for execution of assigned projects with an overall emphasis on financial, schedule and performance.
George Vanecek - Vice President – Special Investigations Division
As SGI’s VP of Investigations, Mr. Vanecek brings to the table over 30 years of investigative experience with one of the largest law enforcement agencies in Southern California. As an investigator, supervisor, and manager, he has developed a national reputation for investigative prowess amongst his peers.
Stefano Lucifora - Director - Film and Entertainment Division
Mr. Stefano Lucifora is the Director of our Film and Entertainment Division, and directly oversees all contractual obligations related to the security services we provide our clients in this industry. A native of Italy, Mr. Lucifora spent several years in the Italian military.
Nicole Abbinanti – Senior Vice President – Strategic Business Development and Marketing
Nicole Abbinanti joins SGI as our Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Development and Marketing. Ms. Abbinanti has over 20 years in Business Consulting to include the Corporate and Entertainment industry.
Joe Androwski – Vice President – Specialized Security Services (Las Vegas)
Mr. Androwski joins SGI as our Vice President of Protective Services, and is responsible for overseeing all of our operations in Las Vegas and throughout Nevada. Mr. Androwski has a very diverse background that includes his time in the U.S. military, municipal and federal law enforcement, and corporate security.
Captain Joseph Calderon – Vice President– Workplace4Warriors
As the Vice President of SGI's Workplace4Warriors – W4W™ Program, Mr. Calderon is involved with the recruitment and training of returning military service personnel needing assistance with integration into the civilian workforce; specifically into the field of security. As a military veteran with a strong background in security applications and leadership, Mr. Calderon is an extremely valuable asset to this program.
